How do I purchase a rug?

You may start your journey by adding the rug(s) you like to the “Trial Bag” and proceeding with your enquiry via our website. Alternatively, you may reach out to us directly at [email protected] or call +1-778-389-3932.

Can I see the rugs in person?

Yes*, you may request a private viewing at your location or at our pop-up gallery by following the “Make an enquiry” link/button. *Please note: This service is currently available domestically only i.e. Vancouver, Canada.

How can I see pricing?

Please click on the 'Request Price' button placed next to the rug you wish to know about. Our team will promptly send you the price on the provided contact details.

How do I check inventory?

Since Vaakh houses one of a kind art pieces, our inventory is dynamic and will be marked as sold. While the said product may not be reproduced, to show interest in a similar design, please send a mail on [email protected] to enquire.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept wire transfers, Interc e-transfers, and electronic transfers. Alternatively, we take all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. As an interior designer, you may also apply for credit terms by contacting us on [email protected].

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours—so long as your order has not been processed to ship—by submitting a mail to [email protected].

I reside in Vancouver. Can I get it delivered at home?

Yes, we offer shipping and delivery worldwide (including Vancouver).

What will it cost to ship my order?

Once we know the details of your purchase, we'll provide the total cost for standard shipping charges during your purchasing journey.

What is Vaakh's return policy for rugs?

We offer a 10-day return policy from the date you receive your rug for a full refund. The rug must be returned in its original condition and packaging (or equivalent packaging). Please send a request to [email protected] with the subject 'Return'.

How can I order a customized rug?

We offer customization options on our rugs. Please get in touch with Supreet at [email protected] to get information and available options. Please note: We require a minimum 50% deposit and a signed form to finalize an order for customized rugs.

Can I return my custom rug?

No, we do not accept returns for custom rugs.
